Nick Mancinelli

Nick Mancinelli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nick started their career as an Engineering Intern at Water Innovations in 2012. From there, they joined Precision Castparts in 2014 and completed their Management Development Program, rotating through various roles including Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, Quality Engineer, and Area Operations Manager. Nick then served as a Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager at Precision Castparts, responsible for production, cost management, and inventory. In 2020, Mancinelli joined TransDigm Group Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and later advanced to the role of Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at TransDigm Group Inc. where they oversee a $40M - $55M+ business unit and is responsible for multiple product lines. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated key accomplishments such as increasing revenue and sales, reducing scrap, and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Nick Mancinelli holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Nick also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have a certification from Precision Castparts Executive Education, obtained from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2015.
