Celeste Whatley

Celeste Whatley has held various prominent roles throughout their career, including Chief Operating Officer, VP of Marketing, Technology & Quality, and CEO at TRANSEARCH from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, Celeste managed eBusiness and Call Centre operations at CGU South Africa and served as HRD Manager at Commercial Union South Africa. Celeste's foundational experience includes working as a Competency Based Training Practitioner and Developer at MTI Business Improvement Services. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees at the University of Johannesburg, including BA Hons in Anthropology and Labour Relations and Organisational Development, as well as a BA in Political Science, while also working towards a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Bath.
