John Ryan

John Ryan is a seasoned executive in the executive search industry, currently serving as the Managing Director at TRANSEARCH USA and TRANSEARCH International since January 2010. In this role, John leads global practices in Power, Renewable Energy, and Energy Storage, collaborating with major companies such as Able Grid, Invenergy, and BP. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing RSMR, Inc., and serving in leadership roles at Sagamore Partners and Zwell International, where John was instrumental in providing executive search solutions for sectors including power generation and financial services. John also contributed as a Board Member for AESC from January 2018 to December 2023. John holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
