Wouter van Doorm

Wouter van Doorm is an experienced HR leader currently serving as a Senior Partner at TRANSEARCH and the owner of Doorm, where they focus on aligning organizational design with employee performance. Previously, Wouter held significant positions at Hero Group, Philips, Akzo Nobel, and PepsiCo, leading global HR strategies and implementing performance management processes. Wouter's educational background includes a Master’s degree from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, and they are currently pursuing further studies at TIAS School for Business and Society.
