Certified in Platform Coops (by The New School and Mondragon Team Academy) and Platform Design Toolkit facilitation, we develop programs that guide you through the messy front end of the innovation process and manage complexity with your goals in mind. 

Informed by insights from research on the topic of fostering cultural readiness for the social and solidarity economy, we launched our activities with a couple of projects; Represented Institute: the global institute for equitable and just design, a community-first platform cooperative that aims to bring BIPOC and queer talents together to promote equity and justice; we are co-coordinating event series called which aim to further animate and coordinate cooperativist ecosystems. Beneficiaries of Social Tides' Aspire Program and recipients of consultation from Platform Coops Germany as part of the Social Economy Berlin program funded by Social Entrepreneurship Netzwork Deutschland eV (SEND eV) we are well equipped to support your work.

A transdisciplinary design practice, we cut across disciplinary boundaries to bring transformative theory and working practices to those with whom we collaborate in the shaping of transitions towards equity, justice, sustainability, regeneration, and lasting positive impact. We apply principles of social, environmental, and economic justice in our work and social innovation. We apply critical approaches in our work as well as participatory design practices in management of power imbalances, conflict and transition.
