Transfer Abroad Network (TAN) is a first-of-its-kind global platform opening international degree pathways to one of the most overlooked student populations in the world: U.S. community college transfer students.

Who we are
Founded by higher education leaders with deep experience in international recruitment, admissions, and partnerships, TAN exists to bridge a long-standing gap between global universities and motivated students who are already on a clear academic path. We bring together universities, community colleges, advisors, and students in one trusted ecosystem designed specifically for international transfer.

Our mission
Our mission is to expand global access to higher education by making international transfer clear, credible, and achievable at scale. We believe talent is everywhere, opportunity is not—and that transfer students deserve the same visibility and pathways as traditional applicants.

Why now
International recruitment is changing. Traditional pipelines are shrinking, costs are rising, and institutions are under increasing pressure to diversify responsibly and sustainably. At the same time, millions of U.S. community college students are actively planning to complete their bachelor’s degrees—but international options remain largely invisible to them. TAN meets this moment by opening a new, data-driven recruitment channel that benefits students and institutions alike.

Be part of something new
Transfer Abroad Network is more than a platform. It is a collective effort to rethink access, mobility, and opportunity in global education. Our partners are not just members—they are pioneers shaping the future of international transfer.

Join us in building a more inclusive, intentional, and globally connected higher education landscape.
