By using patent pending data analysis TransferMortgage has identified 8 million homes with low interest rate, legally assumable FHA and VA mortgages and is unleashing massive value for all stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem while reducing property time on market.  

This is accomplished by enabling the assumption of FHA and VA mortgages with historically low interest rates.
