Adrian Jones

Adrian Jones has a diverse work experience spanning from customer service to software engineering. Adrian began their career as a Cashier at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to Amazon, where they worked as a Fulfillment Associate, responsible for preparing and packing customer orders. Adrian then joined Convergys in 2016 as a Technical Support and Customer Care Representative, where they managed call flow, provided IT support, and responded to sales leads and technical support needs. In 2017, Adrian moved to Transflo, where they started as a Technical Support Representative and gradually advanced to roles such as Software Engineer I and II. Currently, Adrian holds the position of Software & Reliability Engineer III at Transflo, leveraging their technical expertise to ensure the reliability of software systems.

Adrian Jones received a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Howard W. Blake High School from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on Orchestra studies. Additionally, Adrian obtained a C# Tutorial Course certification from SoloLearn in December 2016 and a Safe Staff DBPR-Contracted Food Safety Provider certification in March 2014.
