Jamie Greene

Jamie Greene is a founding partner at True Wind, a private investment firm focused on lower middle-market companies in the global information technology sector, since January 2015. Greene holds multiple director roles at organizations including AIA Contract Documents, Sysnet Global Solutions, and Zix, where responsibilities include involvement in the Compensation Committee. As Chairman and Director of Transflo, Greene also contributes to the Compensation Committee. Greene has served on the boards of Western New York Energy LLC and several other companies, including Sungard Availability Services and Aricent, holding various committee chair positions. Greene has extensive experience as an Advisory Partner at KKR from 1986 to 2014, and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania.
