Isabelle Bauthian

Isabelle Bauthian is an experienced literary and technical translator specializing in English to French translations of comics and graphic novels, currently working with Urban Comics and Editions Glenat since 2015. Bauthian has also contributed as a translator for Transfluent, focusing on comics, video games, and manuals. In addition to translation work, Bauthian is a prolific writer of comics and graphic novels, with a portfolio that includes original creations and adaptations for various publishers such as Soleil and Dargaud since 2005. Bauthian has authored novels since 2015 and has experience as a freelance writer for scientific and cultural columns. Previous roles include medical translation at Version internationale and scriptwriting for animations and short films.
