Manuel Duarte began working in 1992 as a formwork carpenter at Mundobra Construções until 1995. After completing military service from 1996 to 1997, they advanced to team leader at Macipar Cofragens Lda, a role they held until the end of 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they worked independently on various projects across Portugal. Since 2005, Manuel has been employed at FCM, progressing through positions such as foreman and participating in numerous significant construction projects. Currently, they serve as a senior foreman at Transfor.
