TRANSFORD, a premier entity within the Pace Group, was founded in 2010 through a collaboration between Pace International, based in New York, and Pace Georgia, to spearhead cargo operations at Poti Sea Port. Expanding its footprint, TRANSFORD also embarked on operations at the newly completed Poti New Sea Port in January 2022, a project realized with the Pace Group and the support of the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). With a robust portfolio in managing Container, bulk and break bulk cargo activities, TRANSFORD has established itself as a key player in the maritime logistics sector. The company proudly operates two subsidiaries, B&P LLC. and Metalex Trans LLC, contributing to the Pace Group's significant workforce of over 1,200 employees and an impressive annual turnover exceeding 4.0 million tonnes bulk and break bulk cargoes. At TRANSFORD, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier stevedoring and storage services, specializing in comprehensive container services and expert handling of various cargo types, reinforcing our position as a leader in the industry.
