Jonathan Ebinger

Jonathan Ebinger is a seasoned investor and business leader with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. As Co-founder and General Partner at Transform Capital since January 2020, Jonathan focuses on investing in late-stage private companies while committing 50% of general partner profits to philanthropic efforts. In addition, Jonathan has served as General Partner at BlueRun Ventures since September 2000, specializing in early-stage mobile and internet ventures. Jonathan holds several board member positions across various companies, including Paystand, Jackpocket, Loyal Foundry, Haus.com, FreeAgent CRM, and BlueCart. Notably, Jonathan was a board member at Kabbage, Inc., recognized as one of Forbes' 100 Most Promising Companies. Jonathan completed an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
