Lora Stephens

Lora Stephens is the Managing Director at Transform Consulting Group, where they provide strategic leadership and support to enhance nonprofit programs, particularly in early childhood education, homelessness intervention, and youth development. They previously worked as a Pre-K Project Manager at 4C of Southern Indiana, Director of Programs and Operations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ohio Valley, and held teaching positions at St. Brigid School and Cornelia Connelly Center. Lora earned a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education and has a strong commitment to improving educational policies and programs. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in diverse communities.
