Transform Health Partners, LLC was formed to create, develop, advise, and manage outpatient bariatric, surgical and medical weight loss programs within the ASC setting.

Our model can be scaled for any size practice. The ASC improves accessibility, lowers costs, and increases patient satisfaction. Surgeons have higher professional satisfaction when they can have a consistent team with significant experience.

Bariatricians are more satisfied when they get paid reasonably for their services. Having ownership and additional income from a profitable ASC provides revenue that is not seen typically in hospital-based employment. Ambulatory bariatric surgery is unique from other services regarding branding, marketing, contracting, revenue cycle management and regulatory concerns that most hospitals and larger systems do poorly, leading to frustration from physicians and patients.

Our group has over 50 years of combined experience in this space with Dr. Peter Billing being the first surgeon to perform a bariatric procedure in an outpatient setting. To help others build these ASC based bariatric programs we formed Transform Health Partners.
