Pearson King is currently a member of the National Leadership Team at Closing the Hunger Gap, where they collaborate on strategic planning to address the systemic causes of hunger. In their role as Deputy Director at Transform Health, they manage programs focused on health policy and food security for various communities. Previously, Pearson served as Operations Manager at the Los Angeles Food Policy Council, where they enhanced operational efficiency and advocated for increased investments in food recovery initiatives. With a background in managing agricultural operations and community-based programs, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy & Development from the University of Vermont, graduated Magna Cum Laude.
