Donna Schroedle has a robust background in leasing management and administrative support within the retail and commercial real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Leasing Coordinator at Transformco since May 2022, Donna previously held various roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from November 2009 to April 2023, including Asset Manager, overseeing 238 properties totaling over 1.6 million square feet, and Leasing Manager/Administrative Assistant to the VP of Leasing & Development. Earlier in the career at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2009, Donna provided sole administrative support to the VP of Leasing - West Region, assisting with conference organization and documentation review.
