Scott Carr

Scott Carr is an experienced executive currently serving as President at Transformco since March 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held several leadership positions at IRC Retail Centers from January 1994 to December 2019, including Chief Executive Officer, where Scott led the successful transition of the company from public to private ownership and fostered a results-oriented corporate culture among the team. As Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Scott was instrumental in establishing investment strategies and overseeing revenue-generating initiatives. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as President of Property Management, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of property management and leasing. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Loyola University Chicago in January 1987.
