CEO at Transform

Emma Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Emma started their career at BT in 1998, holding roles such as Marketing Manager and Head of eCommerce. In 2004, they founded HappyHampers.com and served as the company's Director, overseeing product and marketing. From 2004 to 2012, Emma worked at Argos and Home Retail Group, leading multi-channel program delivery and collaborating with Transform teams. Emma joined CVL in 2004 as a Senior Consultant and later became the Associate Director, leading multi-channel strategy and delivery, as well as the User Experience Practice. In 2010, Emma joined Transform UK, initially as a Managing Consultant and eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer. Emma is currently the CEO of Transform, a position they have held since 2019. Emma's expertise lies in retail, multi-channel strategy, program delivery, and user experience.

Emma Robertson attended the University of Exeter from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in History BA Hons. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they attended London Metropolitan University on a part-time basis to study CIM, but did not complete a degree.
