Tom Warren

Tom Warren is a Director of Delivery Management at Transform, where they lead the Delivery Management team. With decades of experience in both public and private sectors, Tom has a proven track record of transforming underperforming programs and establishing delivery capabilities from scratch, particularly in major government initiatives. Previously, they served as Programme Delivery Lead for significant reforms at the Department for Work and Pensions and the Scottish Government, overseeing substantial budgets and leading teams of over 200 individuals. Tom began their career as a Test Consultant and has held various consultancy roles across the banking and telecommunications sectors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Newcastle University.
