David Soane

David Soane is the founder and chairman of Transform Materials, LLC, and the CEO and co-founder of Soane Technologies, LLC. They also serve as Chief Executive Officer of SOANE LABS, LLC, a high-technology company incubator that spun out several startups, including Transform Materials (conversion of natural gas into high value chemicals). From 1979 to 1994, they were a Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, College of Chemistry, with a research specialization in polymer science and technology.
