Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith has extensive experience in clinical informatics and nursing, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Informatics at TransForm Shared Service Organization since August 2019, following roles as a Clinical Informatics Specialist and e-VOLVE Clinical Business Analyst. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Windsor Regional Hospital from 2003 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Operations Manager of the Ouellette Campus Emergency Department and Clinical Practice Manager for the Emergency Department, alongside experience as After Hours Administration. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor and a Diploma of Nursing from St. Clair College.
