Michelle Watters

Michelle Watters is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Stakeholder Relations at TransForm Shared Service Organization. They have held this position since 2025, after serving as the Chief External Relations & People Officer at the same organization from 2013 to 2025. Previously, Michelle worked as the COO and Executive Director at AUTO21 Inc. from 2008 to 2013 and was a Co-op Coordinator at the University of Windsor from 1999 to 2008. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master of Education in Administration from the University of Windsor, along with a Graduate Diploma in Education from Monash University.
