Liz Barratt is the Director of Adult Learning at Transform Trust and the Coaching Lead for The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership, where they focus on designing and developing coaching practices. With a background that includes roles as a teacher and various leadership positions at educational institutions, Liz has dedicated their career to supporting leaders and educators in building strong professional identities and confidence. They previously served as the Lead Associate Headteacher at Transform Trust and have been a Self Improving Learning Environment (SLE) since 2013. Liz holds a PGCE and two degrees from Durham University, including a Master of Arts in Education.
