Allan Ghosn is a seasoned entrepreneur and active investor with a strong background in management information systems, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa. As a Co-Founder of Grade A from May 2002 to November 2020, Allan played a pivotal role in establishing the company. Previously, Allan worked in QA at Bitflash in 1999 and has been associated with NewFactor as an entrepreneur enabling entrepreneurs since January 2001. Currently, Allan serves as a Partner at TRANSFORM VC since August 2023 and has also contributed as a Board member for EO from January 2008 to January 2009.
