They held positions such as Director of Customer Experience Strategy at Barkley and Group Strategy Director at VML, where they led teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Currently, Susannah is the founder and consultant at Alchemical Insights Consulting LLC, helping brands translate complex data into actionable messaging and customer journeys. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
