The Transformational Breath® Foundation (TBF) is a global leader in breathwork education, dedicated to empowering individuals and professionals through a holistic approach to personal transformation. We provide training, certification, and tools for individuals seeking wellness through breathwork as well as those aspiring to become certified facilitators of Transformational Breath®.

Our mission is to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by teaching the powerful and transformative practice of conscious breathing. With a presence in over 50 countries, TBF offers in-person and online programs tailored to people from all walks of life. From our beginner seminars focused on self-facilitation to our advanced facilitator courses, we support participants in using breath to unlock their highest potential.

At the core of our philosophy is the belief that personal growth is the foundation for professional development. Our certification pathway is structured to ensure that facilitators undergo their own healing process, making them more effective in guiding others through the same. Participants are not only trained in the techniques of Transformational Breath®, but they also experience profound personal shifts as they deepen their understanding of the breath-body connection.

Our programs include:

-Introductory courses for personal wellness
-Facilitator training and certification programs
-Online resources for ongoing learning and support
-International events and retreats

Led by our founder, Dr. Judith Kravitz, and a team of Senior Trainers, TBF has transformed the lives of thousands worldwide. We are committed to advancing the field of breathwork and supporting our community in leading healthier, more connected lives.

Join us in breathing your way to a better future.
