Transformations Behavioral Solutions (TBS)

Inform. Educate. Empower.

At TBS, we help families navigate parenting and behavior challenges with personalized coaching, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate support. Our services are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Our mission: empower families to thrive by equipping parents with the skills and confidence to support their children's development.

We offer:

🧭 BCBA-Led Parent Coaching — Individualized support including family assessment, coaching sessions, behavior planning, between-session check-ins, and ongoing support. For individual parents, couples, and groups.

👥 Social Skills Groups — Evidence-based programs for children ages 4–12 who struggle with friendships and social communication. Pre-screening, small groups, parent participation, and progress tracking.

⚙️ Operations Consulting (Kituuma & Company) — Helping small businesses build scalable systems through process optimization, SOP development, and project management. Lean Six Sigma methodology.

🚀 STEAM+E Workshops — Hands-on learning for ages 5–12 in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math + Entrepreneurship. Available for schools, camps, and community organizations.

We believe parent involvement is the key to lasting progress. Our model is designed to make you the expert in your own home.
