Amanda McDonald

Amanda McDonald, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health care. Currently, Amanda serves at Transformations Care Network, having previously trained as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Student at MGH Institute of Health Professions. Prior roles include serving as a School-Based Clinician at Boston Public Health Commission and as a Clinician at Youth Villages. Amanda has also completed multiple internships focusing on various aspects of psychiatric care, including treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic activities across different settings. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions.
