Phil Herschman has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, serving as a board member for multiple organizations, including Banyan Treatment Centers, Sandstone Care, Transformations Care Network, BrightView, LLC, and AiRCare Health. Since 2015, Phil has also been the principal at Herschman & Associates, providing consultation to healthcare investors and operators. Previous roles include Chief Clinical Officer at CRC Health Group and various leadership positions within the organization from 2001 to 2015, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Concepts from 1993 to 2001. Phil holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine and a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego.
