We are a generative space and a catalyzing force for sustainability research and practice, knowledge creation and action. Our global community of transformation “pracademics” (both practitioner and researcher) is responding to a growing recognition that we need new approaches to address climate change and other existential threats to social-ecological systems. 

We strive to act as a bridge for connecting people who is working to catalyze transformations across different sustainability-related domains (e.g. water, energy, food, biodiversity), siloed disciplines and fields, places and cultures, and institutional settings like academia, government, NGOs, private sector. 

Over the past 10 years, we have organized conferences in Oslo, Stockholm, Dundee, Santiago, online in 2021, and in Sydney, Prague, Maine, and online in 2023.
