Kislay was responsible for release management, sprint management using JIRA, quality improvements, and automation Proof of Concept projects. Kislay also played a key role in a software transition project and conducted interviews for company growth.
Kislay began their career at Wipro Limited, where they held various roles from software engineer to program manager. Kislay worked on projects related to network device drivers, consumer electronics, and technical program management for clients such as AT&T, Vizio, and TiVo.

Kislay Kumar received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1994 to 1998.
