Kislay Kumar

Kislay Kumar has a diverse professional background with experience in various technical roles. Kislay is currently the Head of Engineering - New Apps, Tech Integrations and Automation at Transformative Learning Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for bringing digital solutions to all aspects of the eCommerce company and heading the engineering group for new apps, tech integrations, and automation. Kislay has expertise in Python, automation, and integration of ad managers such as Google, Facebook, and Quora.

Prior to that, Kislay worked as a Senior Tech Advisor at Transformative Learning Solutions and as a Senior Technical Account Manager at PayJoy. In these roles, they managed technical compatibility projects and client infrastructure setup and maintenance. Kislay also worked on project planning, execution, and tracking, as well as testing for various releases. Kislay has experience in managing teams and technologies as diverse as iOS, Node.js, ASP.NET, C#, MySQL, and AI/ML.

Before joining PayJoy, Kislay served as a Delivery Manager at Seven Lakes Technologies, where they directly managed a team of nearly 50 members and acted as a Single Point of Contact between the US and India offices. Kislay was responsible for release management, sprint management using JIRA, quality improvements, and automation Proof of Concept projects. Kislay also played a key role in a software transition project and conducted interviews for company growth.

Kislay began their career at Wipro Limited, where they held various roles from software engineer to program manager. Kislay worked on projects related to network device drivers, consumer electronics, and technical program management for clients such as AT&T, Vizio, and TiVo.

Overall, Kislay Kumar has extensive experience in technical roles, project management, team leadership, and implementing new technologies and solutions.

Kislay Kumar received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they attended Science College, Patna, from 1992 to 1994. Kislay also obtained multiple certifications in various subjects, including Data Visualization in Python with Dash, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, and Advertising on Facebook, among others.
