Dave Willson

Dave Willson has over 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Dave began their career in 2002 as a Senior Recruiter at TS Healthcare. In 2004, they joined Research Pharmaceutical Services (RPS Inc.) as a Recruiter. In 2005, they were promoted to Project Lead - Recruitment - North America and Senior Recruiter. In 2011, they moved to PRA Health Sciences as Manager of Recruitment - North America and Senior Project Lead, Talent Aquisition - North America. In 2016, they joined Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC as EVP, Talent Acquisition and EVP, Innovative Site Solutions, developing unique platforms designed to transform the Clinical Research Industry.

Dave Willson attended Council Rock High School from 1995 to 1997 and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania between 1997 and 2001.
