Matthew Beverly is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with extensive experience in directing large-scale, high-performing teams and managing substantial portfolios. They served as CEO at Cullinan Properties, Ltd. from 2022 to 2023 and held the position of President for the Eastern Division at Retail Properties of America, Inc. from 2017 to 2021, where they oversaw a portfolio of 8 million square feet.
