Michael Fulayter

Michael Fulayter serves as the Regional Facilities Manager for Transformco Properties, overseeing retail and commercial properties in the Midwest since August 2025. Prior to this role, Michael was the Facilities Procurement Manager at SunSource and held the position of Facilities Manager at CBRE, where responsibilities included leading projects involving building operations and maintenance. Michael's career began at Illinois Cafe and Service Co. LLC, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Senior Director of Facilities, focusing on optimizing project management. Previous experience also includes self-employment in accounting services and technical roles in security systems with Advent System Inc. and Kastle Systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Illinois State University and has foundational education in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus.
