Floris Hoogenboom

Floris Hoogenboom currently serves as Chief AI Officer at Transformers Group, focusing on the development of AI-driven products and organizational adoption. Additionally, Floris acts as an external advisor on AI for NATO and is a board member at the Open Politics Foundation, which seeks to enhance transparency in Dutch democracy through AI technologies. Prior experience includes leading the Data & AI products department at Royal Schiphol Group, where Floris oversaw efforts to transform business operations through innovative data technologies, as well as leading machine learning initiatives to improve airport efficiency and sustainability. Additional roles include Data Scientist positions at Future Facts, ING, and ownership of a company specializing in application development. Floris holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and Operational Research from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
