Torsten Hirche has extensive leadership experience in the retirement services and education sectors. Serving as Vice President of Operations at Pacific Retirement Services from August 2004 to July 2012, Torsten subsequently became the Executive Director at Varenna at Fountaingrove until March 2014. Currently, Torsten holds the position of President & CEO at Transforming Age since March 2014 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern Oregon University since 2008. Torsten's educational background includes a degree in International Tourism Studies from Hochschule Harz (1998-2001) and an MBA from Southern Oregon University (2008-2009).
