I am Carla Nogueira, the foundress of Transform Me Company. I assist people in their self-knowledge journey by guiding them through the challenges of stress, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, personal disorder, depression, panic attacks, fears, and phobias. I also help them overcome toxic relationships and achieve success and a higher self-esteem.

I also provide counselling to businesses, on matters such as enhancing dialogue with their personnel, vendors, and clients. Along with improving sales, reducing employee absenteeism, and creating a more harmonious and supportive workplace atmosphere.

My mission is to help other people adopt new perspectives. Our shared values can bring individuals together.
