John Ballard

John Ballard is a Technology Architect Professional at Transformyx, LLC, where they focus on data center technologies and have a keen interest in Service Provider tech/design. Previously, John held various roles, including Assistant Supervisor at Kirby, where they managed a team and troubleshot a variety of technological systems. John began their career as a Desktop Administrator at H&E Equipment Services and later worked as a Desktop Manager at Electronic Arts. John earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from ITI Technical College in 2007.
