Drew Brooks is the Deputy Director of Planning Development & Transportation (PDT) with extensive experience in municipal government. Previously, they served as the Transfort/Parking Services Director for the City of Fort Collins and held various management positions in different organizations, including Multi-Modal Manager in Columbia, Missouri. Drew is recognized for their skills in budgeting, federal grants management, and building consensus among competing political interests. They are also a Certified Diversity FaciliTrainer through NCCJ St. Louis. Drew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
