Enterprise Support Consultant

Jana Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Support Consultant at Transfr since November 2022, Jana previously operated as a Self-Employed Home Care Provider from January 2017 to November 2021, coordinating home health services and assisting clients with transportation to medical appointments. Prior to this, Jana held the position of Regional Manager over Customer Success Managers at Vivint Solar from July 2015 to January 2017, managing two teams in Customer Operations and overseeing the development of job functions for Customer Success Managers. Additionally, Jana worked at Novell from March 2004 to April 2015 as a Customer Service Manager in Technical Support, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance. Jana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Utah Valley University between 1991 and 1995.
