Steve Schmidt is a seasoned corporate counsel and head of operations currently serving as General Counsel at TransGrid Energy. With a robust background in law, finance, and business management, Steve previously held key roles at Swell Energy and REPOWER America, where they significantly contributed to operations and legal strategy. A graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Steve also earned an MBA with honors from Wharton, enhancing their ability to navigate the intersection of law and business in dynamic environments.
