Arindam Sen

Arindam Sen is currently the Lead Economic Adviser for Network Planning at TransGrid, where they head the Economics and Forecasting team, collaborating with the Australian Energy Market Operator and Network Service Providers to produce energy and demand forecasts for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. With extensive experience in advising on regulatory issues and corporate policy making, Arindam has also held positions such as Policy Manager at Infrastructure Partnerships Australia and Head of Corporate Research at Ambuja Cements Limited. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master of Philosophy by Research from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Arindam's research expertise spans areas such as electrical load forecasting, energy efficiency policies, and infrastructure financing.
