Ben Maude

Ben Maude has extensive experience in the electrical and construction management sectors, beginning with a role as Contract Supervisor at ProGroup Management from August 2007 to October 2009, where responsibilities included supervising essential services for a government organization across New South Wales. Following this, Ben held various positions including Project Supervisor at Endeavour Energy from October 2010 to June 2015, focusing on site supervision and project management of major substation projects, and subsequently served as Leading Hand Electrician at RCR Infrastructure from July 2015 to March 2016. Ben transitioned to BEAM Industries as Director for a brief period in October 2016, overseeing commercial and industrial electrical services. From February 2018 to November 2020, Ben contributed to Addelec Power Services as Electrical Project Manager, before advancing to positions at TransGrid, starting as Senior Site Manager from November 2020 to August 2025, and currently serving as Construction Manager since July 2025.
