Ellen Liu is an experienced professional in project management and contract administration, currently serving as Project Development Lead at Transgrid. Ellen's career began at China Power Engineering Consulting (Group) Corporation, where responsibilities included reviewing contracts and organizing conferences. Ellen then progressed at China Energy Engineering Group Co.
