Eric Lalauze

Eric Lalauze is currently the General Manager of Corporate Finance and Strategy at Transgrid, providing strategic advice and capital management expertise. Prior to this, they were the Head of Investment Banking at CLSA Australia, leading a team specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, particularly with a focus on cross-border transactions in Asia and China. Eric's earlier experience includes roles at PwC Consulting, Allco Finance Group, Rothschild, and RBC Capital Markets, where they contributed to various financial advisory functions in multiple sectors. They earned an Honours degree in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
