James Li is an experienced Senior Project Developer at TransGrid since March 2019, having previously served as the Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer and part of the design management team for the Sydney Water Lower South Creek project at UGL from October 2014 to March 2019. With extensive experience as a Site Electrical Engineer and in various electrical engineering roles at UGL Limited from January 2007 to October 2014, James has a strong background in high voltage projects, electrical design, and commissioning activities. Prior experience includes service as a Private in the Australian Army from 2003 to 2007, gaining hands-on experience with advanced communication systems. James holds a BeDipEngPrac degree in Electrical from the University of Technology Sydney.
