James Millar

James Millar is the Head of Tax at Transgrid, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate tax and more than 15 years in investment and asset management. Previously, they served as a Group Manager in Taxation and Commercial at Intoll Group and held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Macquarie Group, and Spark Infrastructure. James has a strong track record in the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors, with significant expertise in project management, M&A, and tax advisory services. They hold a Chartered Tax Adviser designation and earned an LLB(Hons) in Commercial Law and Taxation from the University of Glasgow.
