Joseph Xie is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Transgrid, specializing in the Network Connections Team since June 2022. Previously, Joseph worked at Aurecon from February 2019 to May 2022 as an Electrical Engineer focused on power system studies, utilizing Siemens PSS/E for modeling and simulation and programming in Python and Fortran. Prior to that, Joseph served as a tutor for the "Signals and Systems" course at the University of Sydney in early 2016. Joseph holds a PhD in Power Systems from UNSW and another PhD in Power Systems from the University of Sydney, alongside a Master of Science from UCL and two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liverpool and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
