Paul McFadyen

Paul McFadyen is currently the Engagement Lead for Major Projects at Transgrid, overseeing community engagement efforts for the EnergyConnect and VNI West projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Community Engagement Officer at the National Indigenous Australians Agency and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, where they focused on supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Earlier in their career, Paul held the role of Community Engagement Officer for the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services & Indigenous Affairs and managed a team of advocacy case managers at the Regional Disability Advocacy Service. Paul is pursuing the IAP2 Global Certificate in Public Participation, Communication, and Media Studies from the International Association for Public Participation.
